Amazing place. The staff were incredible, the food was amazing and the private onsen was so relaxing. We got two rooms: a regular and a suite. Both had private onsens and both were very nice. The smaller room had a beautiful view out to nature. The suite had a roll set up behind the onsen so did not have much of a view. Can’t say enough great things about the staff. They would bend over backwards for you. Welcome to you with delicious tea and cookies, explained every dish they brought out at meals, arranged, transportation, etc.

This was the most incredible hotel experience I have ever had. The location is absolutely stunning and surrounded by nature. The staff and service are beyond exceptional- we were treated like royalty! The rooms are just beautiful, relaxing, and the beds were super comfortable. Of course we enjoyed the private onsen and did not want to leave. The food was such a treat- truly a culinary masterpiece for both breakfast and dinner (both included in our stay). They provide you with everything you need- all standard amenities, pajamas, bath robes, water, free drinks, even a free midnight snack! How could anyone not love this place and the people. I will be dreaming of my stay for a very long time.

Staff was incredible, accommodating to multiple requests on transfer from train station which was critical considering the location of this hotel is not easily reachable Room and hot springs was super clean, well maintained and comfortable. Amazing dinner service.

The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful hot spring resort. It provides a gourmet Japanese and French fusion dinner, and a traditional Japanese breakfast. We had a wonderful experience with its nice service.

The staff are amazing. They are kind and thoughtful. We speak little Japanese and the staff made sure we were taken care of. The room and facilities were beautiful. The design choices were excellent
